Booking: reservation are considered valid once received the deposit, equal to the 20% of the sum total, through bank transfer or credit card
(either Visa or MasterCard).

Cancellation: It is possible to cancel the reservation:
Up to 30 days before arrival, the residence will retain 10% of the deposit paid.
Up to 15 days, before the arrival, the customer loses the deposit paid.
In the 14 days, before the arrival, the customer is required to pay 50% of the total amount of the stay.
In case of no-show, the customer is required to pay the total amount of the stay.

Check-in and check-out: check-in is between 15.00 and 18.00. The Chek-out is scheduled before 10 am.
Arrivals and departures, at different times, must be communicated and agreed with the management.

Balance and value:  The balance of the stay must be made at the time of check-in with key delivery.
There is no refund in case the customer anticipates the departure or postpones the arrival.

Additional costs:
-Compulsory city tax of 0,50 € per day/person. Children up to 14 years are excluded.
-Tanning bed, on reservation, 20 €

Neighbourhood:
the guests has to respect the silence during the night (between 11 p.m. and 7.30 a.m.) and during the early afternoon (between 2 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.)

Final Cleaning:
Cleaning are included in the vacation spot, except of, if at the checking time, the flat will be extremely dirty and with disordered crockery, in this case will be asked a penalty of 20 €.
Guests has to leve the fridge empty and throw trash in the specific containers.

Animals are not allowed.

Swimming pool: the swimming pool is available only for the residence guests between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.. It is remind that responsibility of security and safety is of each person and for children is of parents. It is forbidden to play with balls or any other game that could disturb other people.
